Abstract
Recently, there has been an increasement in the number of contracts for the assignment of accommodation for tourism purposes in Spain, especially those made through web platforms such as Airbnb or Homeaway. Many questions have arisen in this regard, one of them being the liability regime for breach and the role that these platforms play in this respect
