Résumé
In these pages we analyze the UN documents on poverty during the last decade. They recognize that poverty has very negative effects on the exercise of human rights and seriously affects dignity. It is necessary for the UN to adopt concrete, effective and binding measures that oblige States to fight poverty in their territories.
