Resumo

The attitudes and motivations of tourists today are enabling the development of new destinations and products available to meet the new demands of travelers. In this paper we present an investigation focusing on the segmentation of wine tourists to view profile Designation of Origin Jerez-Sherry, which annually receives about 500,000 visits. The research is based on fieldwork conducted within the wineries themselves through surveys of tourists. The main results of the research can be presented a typology of tourists visiting the area and define the main motivations for doing so.
