Abstract

The aim of this article is to take stock of the achievements and resulta obtained by the research group based at the University of Cadiz and dedicated since the beginning of the 21st century to implementing in Spain the perspectiva of the sociology of philosophy, applying it in particular to the history of Spanish thought. First of all, the main theoretical and methodological assumptions that characterize the socio-philosophical approach are presented. Then, following a chronological sequence, the main contributions of the "Cadiz gToup" in this field are considerad.
