Abstract
By mandate of the Constitution, training in democratic values is part of the mission of the Universities as educational centers, and this requirement is materialized in the new regulation on the organization of university education. At the same time, once the current draft of the University Coexistence Law is approved, public universities will have to make a significant effort for its implementation, especially to articulate their own rules of coexistence, which will require the broadest possible consensus in the university community.
