Abstract

Back pain is highly likely nothing serious and it is only because the bone-muscle-ligament-intervertebral disc structure is not working well. Avoid unnecessary rest, lead a life as normal as possible and stay as active as possible so that this anatomical complex works properly again and does not end up swelling the waiting list of a pain unit for a specific treatment.
