Zusammenfassung

The COVID-19 pandemic has been a major public health problem worldwide. This has meant that Hospitals and services have had to adapt to this situation and modify their operation, depending on the new situation that are constantly being considered based on its evolution. The Surgical teams and surgical units have to adjust to these situations, which influences patient management. Esophagogastric pathology is not one of the most prevalent, especially cancer patients, however, they require special management at this time, which can influence decision-making and force our actions to always be modified within a multidisciplinary committee. to present our proposal for action against these pathologies at the present time, based on the recommendations of scientific societies and current evidence.
