Abstract

Almost a year after the Russian Federation's armed aggression against the Ukrainian people, it is worth making an overall analysis of several questions of international and European law. Specifically, the various international norms that have been violated by the Russian government, as well as their possible jurisdictional consequences; also, in the European context, the European Union's reaction, which is increasingly less homogeneous, both politically, diplomatically and economically. This will provide us with a complete picture of the legal reality that is clearly likely to alter geostrategic relations in the coming years.
