Zusammenfassung

The university reform poses the challenge of reducing temporary employment and eliminating the precariousness of university teaching staff. In this paper we will focus on the acreditation process and on the pathways of access and stabilization of the university career outlined in the reform, highlighting the challenges and problems of the university community.
