Abstract

In this paper, we make an approximation to everyday devotional objects both as part of the domestic space and the ornament in clothing. The presence of these in notarial deeds, their value and the comparison of advocations allows us to investigate not only in religious practice but also in the forms of consumption and, finally, the sociology of a craft group such as that of the silversmiths, whose pretensions of promotion led him to the representation of a status superior to the one they truly had.
