Abstract

On May 18, 2023, the General Assembly of the Ibero-American Institute of Procedural Law approved the «Model Commercial Arbitration Law.» In this work we propose to comment on the most relevant aspects of this new international text on arbitration matters that contributes to the strengthening and standardization of arbitration law in Latin America.
