Abstract

In Spain, migrant minors of any nationality are confronted with three problems: difficult admittance, unstable stay and failed integration process in the new society. “Integration” is understood as the access to rights, services and resources in equal conditions for the entire population. Problems arise when access to rights depends on the nationality of the applicant.
