Abstract

In this thesis there are broached the measurement of the technological level and its processes of diffusion and an application is realized to the industrial andalusian economy, in six chapters. In the three first ones, it is inspected from theoretical and economic analysis perspectives both, the measurements of the technological level as well as the mechanisms of diffusion, with special attention to the indicators internationally recognized and to the derivates of the input-output model. In the fourth there is analyzed the evolution of the andalusian system of science-technology-industry and their determinants (socioeconomic structure, economic policies and scientific-technological and industrial policies). Next, in fifth there are estimated the reached levels and the processes of evolution in Andalusia and, in sixth, the principal conclusions and some policy implications for the original scientific and technological policies.
