The objective of this paper is to carry out a study about the equity and discrimination perception about people with disabilities physical and organic in the organizations, trying to explain this perception in one of the practical of human resource, the retribution, so the theoretical framework we will use is the organizational justice. We have thought interesting to study the distributive equity and the procedural equity in the different types of retributions, the retribution bases on the job, the retribution bases on the skills and the retribution bases on the performance.
