Resumo

La linguistique forensique est une discipline récente qui étude l'interface entre le langage et le droit en général et le langage probatoire en particulier. Comme nous le verrons, il n'y a pas de consensus sur la définition de la matière, donc nous avons effectué une révision terminologique de ce concept avant de commencer notre révision historiographique pour déterminer quand le langage commençait à être pris en compte dans les enquêtes judiciaires et policières
