Abstract
The first Spanish democratic experience of the twentieth century, the Second Republic, ended in early 1939. It was opened a new dictatorial regime -that in a part of the country began in the summer of 1936- led by Francisco Franco, called The Generalisimo. It was begun a cruel war whose main characteristics are described in the following text
