Abstract

Article 11 ET is now presented under a singular title, training contract, as a single contract, but with two possible objects, which ultimately give shape to two modalities with their own name and differentiated legal regime, beyond certain common rules that the precept itself is responsible for highlighting. In fact, of the three modalities that were configured in the previous art.11 ET, that is, the internship contract, the contract for training and learning, and the contract for dual university education, the new precept makes a combined reorientation of the last two modalities, and maintains almost in substance that other of practices. Consequently, the effect of singling out what is really a contractual duality that can certainly be accepted under a generic finalist orientation, which is to improve the options of incorporation of young people into the labour market, is not clearly observed.
