Resumo

The research and transfer is one of the great challenges in which the University andthe Companies must go hand in hand, the research projects must be aligned with thelines of action marked by the different interested parties (ministry, community autonomousand the university), but its development and the possibility of a real transfer, depends on the last end of society itself and therefore the business network, to obtain real and tangible results. This article tries to show the synergy generated in one of these cases of collaboration and the bidirectional transfer of knowledge, the adaptation of requirements to the real needs of companies and the transference of experiences and lessons learned from organizations to the process of teaching learningin the laboratories of the Higher School of Engineering (University of Cádiz).
