Abstract
In this communication we present information about domestic areas developments of Gades in the light ofrecent studies. The review and the archaeological contexts analysis have already identified four domus, twoof them of perystile typology. Both its construction technique and its material context have provided informationthat have confirmed this functionality.The comparative analysis of these structures with the surrounding archaeological testimonies has allowed tomake a first interpretative proposal of the location of the domestic core of Gades until the present unknown.
