Abstract

This paper examines the construction under Franco of the identity of the poet and cultural agent of Concha Lagos (1907-2007), an author who occupied central places in the literary field of the 1950s and 1960s, directed the publishing house Ágora (19551973) and the journal Cuadernos de Ágora (1955-1964) and was subsequently cornered in contemporary Spanish literary history.
