Abstract

The topic addressed arose from the own interests of the members of the territorial delegation of AIDIPE in Andalusia, who indicated the need to create ways to establish synergies in research and teaching. This working group aims to promote scientific culture and evidence-based decision-making as a driver of educational change. The main lines of action are: a) To create research training courses aimed at promoting scientific culture in practicing teachers (Early Childhood, Primary and Secondary Education) and improving decision-making in educational intervention processes through evidence. b) To design and implement Teaching Innovation Projects coordinated between different Andalusian universities to improve scientific culture in education and educational decision-making through evidence in initial teacher training (Degrees in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, Pedagogy, Social Education and the Master’s Degree in Teaching Compulsory Secondary Education and Baccalaureate, Vocational Training and Language Teaching). As a result of the experience of the previous lines of action, a document will be written as a reference in order to promote the synergy between research and «medium/long term-2030» teaching.
