PhD from the Complutense University of Madrid. I am currently an Associate Professor at the University of Cádiz and Director of the University Institute for Sustainable Social Development, where I conduct research and teach courses in biostatistics, quantitative methods, multivariate data analysis, sociology of health, and public health. My main research interests focus on social and health data science, research methods, social and healthcare systems, social inequalities in (mental) health, health behaviours, and the sociology of health.
