Doctor by the Universidad de Cádiz with the thesis Las sociedades tribales neolíticas del litoral africano de la región geo-histórica del Estrecho de Gibraltar 2018. Supervised by Dr. José Ramos Muñoz, Dr. Oswaldo Arteaga Matute.

Degree in History (University of Seville), Master of Historical-Archaeological Heritage (University of Cádiz) and Doctor in History and Maritime Archaeology (University of Cádiz) with the thesis entitled: "The Neolithic tribal societies of the African coast of the geo-historical region of the Strait of Gibraltar". Since 2012 I'm associated with the PAI-HUM 440 research group, developing a line of research focused on the study of Neolithic lithic industries, in order to investigate from a social perspective of history and archaeology, the development of prehistoric groups on both sides of the Strait of Gibraltar, focusing on the process of appearance, development and dissolution of tribal social formations. I have made several international research stays in Morocco (Mohamed I University of Oujda, Abdelmalek Essaadi University of Tetouan, the Tetouan Museum or the Institut National des Sciences de l’Archéologie et du Patrimoine -INSAP- of Rabat) and France (Laboratoire méditerranéen de préhistoire Europe Afrique -LAMPEA-). All this has led to an intense research activity, collaborating in different archaeological research projects, in the journal RAMPAS as editorial secretary, as well as participating in various individual and collective publications in impact international, national or local journals, as well as in book chapters.
