Resumen

In the 2014-2015 academic year, the College Argantonio of Cádiz implemented a complement to the educational offer in high school, called "Practicum", this experience is a series of workshops, coordinated by teachers of the center and oriented to approach the University to this pre-university stage. In the effort of this school for excellence, its main aim is to train the best to their students at their next entry to the university world. The workshops are taught by University professors, allowing not only approach university degrees and professional opportunities first hand, although coming across University Orientation Days, but also the knowledge they acquire in the future. In this case, the experience made with students through the exposed "Workshop on engineering projects: Am I capable to achieve success?". As main conclusions can be extracted not only the possibility of resolve questions about career guidance, but also the assimilation of concepts that can help in subjects taught in the next academic stage. In this particular workshop, through group work dynamics, they could acquire the concept of skills in Project Management and in particular the meaning of "success in the project".
